A real southern BBQ shack… now that’s what I am talking about. One look at Wyatt’s frontage will tell you that this is the place to find some good southern home cooked BBQ. Soul Food at its finest.
Some of the items on the menu
- Pork Ribs, Pork Chop, Chicken, Beef Ribs, Beef Links, Pig Ear and BBQ Ribs
- Sides: Collard Greens, Turnip Greens, Various Beans and Peas, Candied Yam, Potato Salad and Cold Slaw
- Desserts: Banana Pudding and Sweet Potato Cobbler
- …. and, of course, sweet tea to drink (and various others)
Served fashionably on styrofoam! I ordered the BBQ chicken with corn bread, candied yam, and pinto beans. Wyatt delivered a great tasting BBQ with the right ambiance and a few dollars left to spare. I would definitely recommend Wyatt’s for the food and the ambiance.
You can do take out or “dine in”.
If you decide to dine in, this will be your dining facility.
I would dine in, enjoy your scrumptious meal and do some well deserved Moreland Ave. people watching; you won’ be disappointed, I promise.
However, if you are going there to do some mischief and are up to no good, be warned, Wyatt is onto you (see sign below).
If you can’t read it: “NO LOiTERiNG NOUSING THEBATHROOM ATnO TiME iF COUT YOU WILL BE LOOK UP”.
You can find Wyatt’s Diner at 1674 Memorial Dr SE; Atlanta, GA 30317. Let him know that EarthlyChow.com sent you.
